- UseWait is an AI-powered platform that helps you build high-converting waitlist pages in minutes. You simply describe your product, and our AI generates a custom landing page designed to build hype and collect early signups.
- How do I get started?
- Getting started is easy! Sign up for an account, click on 'New Waitlist', and enter a description of your product. Our AI will handle the rest, from copy to design.
AI Generation
- How does the AI generation work?
- We use advanced Large Language Models to analyze your product description and generate relevant headlines, subheadlines, and features. The UI is then dynamically constructed using our premium design system to ensure a professional look.
- Can I regenerate my page?
- Yes! If you're not happy with the first result, you can tweak your description and regenerate the page as many times as you need until it's perfect.
Features & Domains
- Can I use my own custom domain?
- Absolutely. Custom domains are available on licensed waitlists. Setup is one DNS record: create a CNAME for your domain pointing to waas.usewait.com. Cloudflare then validates the domain and issues the SSL certificate automatically, usually within a few minutes, and the domain goes from verifying to active. An apex domain that cannot take a CNAME needs CNAME flattening at your DNS provider, or you can use a subdomain like join.example.com.
- How does the referral system work?
- UseWait has a built-in viral referral system. Each subscriber gets a unique link they can share. You can track who refers the most people and reward your top advocates.
Security & Privacy
- Is my data secure?
- Yes, we take security seriously. All subscriber data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties.
- Can I export my subscriber list?
- Yes, you can export your waitlist at any time as a CSV file from your project dashboard. Premium users can also use our API and Webhooks to sync data in real-time.
Billing
- What plans do you offer?
- We offer paid plans designed for every stage of your launch. Check out our pricing page to find the right fit.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes, you can change your plan at any time through your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades occur at the end of your current billing cycle.
